福建省财政厅关于印发《福建省省级政府采购评审专家责任书》的通知

    为进一步加强对政府采购评审活动的监管，规范评审专家执业行为，提高政府采购评审工作质量，依据有关法律规定，省财政厅印发《福建省省级政府采购评审专家责任书》（以下简称《责任书》），对评审专家的基本业务素质和职业道德要求、参与政府采购评审活动时的权利和义务，以及现行法规制度中有关评审专家违规处罚的条款予以明确。现将有关事项通知如下：
    一、评标活动开始前，省政府采购中心、各政府采购代理机构要督请各位评审专家认真阅读《责任书》内容，并签字以示承诺。
    二、采购活动结束后，省政府采购中心、各政府采购代理机构须将评审专家签字后的《责任书》随同评审报告（包括对评审专家的评价意见）报省财政厅备案。
